Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
1. Standard Shipping (€12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Includes tracking and insurance
2. Free Shipping
– Available for orders over €50
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian regions and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your motorcycle gear. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
Return Policy Overview
- Return period: 15 days from receipt of your order
- Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Return costs: Customer’s responsibility unless item is defective
- Refunds: Issued to original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Helmet liners (Binnenvoering motorhelm)
- Helmets caps & balaclavas (Colletjes & Helmmutsen)
- Helmet cleaning products (Helm schoonmaakproducten)
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Request a Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following information:
Subject: Retouraanvraag – [Your Order Number]
Email Content:
– Order number
– Product name(s)
– Reason for return (size, color, defect, etc.)
– Preference: Refund or Exchange (specify replacement product)
– Your contact phone number
Step 2: Return Authorization
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and email you:
– Return instructions

– Return label (if applicable)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging and ship to the provided address. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Step 4: Return Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 3-5 business days), you’ll receive:
– For refunds: Confirmation of your refund
– For exchanges: Shipping confirmation for your replacement item
Refund Information
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: Within 24 hours after processing
Note: Original shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a free return and replacement.
International Returns
For orders outside the Netherlands:
- Returns must be sent with tracking
- Complete customs forms as “return shipment”
- Any customs fees for return shipments are the customer’s responsibility
